HPI Experian Check
As part of our standard procedure, we will conduct a thorough HPI or Experian check on your new vehicle. This check will cover everything from accident damage, finance markers, color changes, and any history of being stolen. In addition, we will also examine the service history, mileage, and overall condition of the vehicle. If you would like a copy of the HPI or Experian report, we would be happy to provide it for you.
Pre-Delivery Inspection
Before you receive your vehicle, it will undergo a pre-delivery inspection. This inspection covers everything from the radio to the tires. If any issues are found during the inspection, they will be addressed and rectified before you receive your car. You will also receive a copy of the inspection report along with your document pack.
MOT & Service
If an MOT and service have not been carried out already, all vehicles will include a new MOT and service. If any advisories are noted during the MOT inspection, they will also be addressed. You will receive all relevant documentation for this, and your service book will be stamped accordingly. We use only premium parts for servicing, which are generally Bosch or Mann. Additionally, we can carry out cambelt and water pump changes if required.
Our 90-Day Complimentary Warranty
Although we take every possible step to ensure our vehicles are prepared to the highest standard, there is always the chance of a fault developing in a used vehicle. To give you peace of mind, we offer a complimentary 90-day warranty, designed to get your car back on the road with minimal inconvenience in case of a breakdown. If necessary, we can also provide a courtesy car for you to use while any repairs are being carried out.
